The series tells the story of Ginji Amano and Ban Mido, a pair of superpowered individuals known as the GetBackers. The duo operates a freelance repossession service out of one of the seedier areas of Shinjuku, Tokyo. For a fee, they will recover any lost or stolen item for a client with an "almost 100% success rate". The GetBackers' job often leads them into bizarre and dangerous situations in order to "get back what shouldn't be gone". Their targets range from lost video games to misplaced components of an atomic bomb. The plot mostly revolves around the their adventures, often complicated by the pair's convoluted, individual pasts and a mysterious place known as the Infinity Fortress.

Ginji Amano He is the "G" in the Get Backers. Genji was once the fearsome "Lightning Emperor" and the leader of a gang called "The VOLTS" in the Infinity Fortress. He received the title "Raitei" (literally, "Lightning Emperor" or "Thunder Emperor") because of his ability to control electricity. Despite Ginji's dark past, his demeanor is one of an unassuming, energetic, and friendly boy with a strong sense of justice. He makes friends easily, often without trying - and is trusting and open to an almost naive extent. But when exposed to remnants of his past, he has a tendency to revert to his darker "Lightning Emperor" persona. For comical purposes, he also turns droopy and super deformed, most likely designed after a tare panda. He's frequently beaten up by Ban (comically) for doing stupid things. |

Ban Mido Known variously as "The Man with the Evil Eye" and "The Genius of Battles", he is the "B" in the Get Backers. The first impression one usually gets of Ban would be that he is a rude person with a great sense of pride. Despite this, he is actually a kind person with a strong sense of leadership and a very talented person. He is one quarter German and the grandchild of the "Last Witch of the 20th Century".In the GB duo, he's often the one who thinks of plans for their moves. Initially, Ginji Amano was seen to be a sidekick to him. That was change later on the story. Ban acknowledged him as an equal. Also, he bears a striking resemblance to his father. |

Kazuki Fuuchouin Kazuki is the scion of the noble Fuuchouin family, and his fighting abilities derive from the family school, which emphasizes grace (?). He is graceful and charming, and is often mistaken for a woman because of his long hair and feminine face. But when angered, his fury is such that his notorious other title is "Prince of Fear". |

Juubei Kakei The heir to a clan that has served the Fuuchouins since time immemorial, he and Kazuki Fuuchouin were childhood friends.An impossibly serious person (his language reminds one of the samurai of feudal Japan; one of Ban's nicknames for him is "samurai boy"), Juubei often cannot understand the jokes made by others. |

Sakura Kakei Sakura is the older sister of Juubei Kakei, and perhaps MakubeX's most loyal follower. Sakura fights using a cloth, which she seems to control via telekinesis; although she is a skilled fighter, she does not often use her skills violently, preferring diplomacy to force. |

Shido Fuyuki First introduced as the Beastmaster, he has the ability to control animals, although it should be better stated that he asks them for favors, as he views animals as his friends. Previously one of the VOLTS Four Kings, after they disbanded, Shido left the Infinity Fortress to make a living outside.He is generally very independent and cold to others. Even though his powers allow him to control animals, he considers them friends, and tries to protect them as they do him. |

MakubeX MakubeX is a genius hacker, capable of manipulating computers to do whatever he pleases. He was originally taught by Gen but swiftly surpassed him in skill. He was raised by Gen, whom he calls Grandfather, but left home to join the VOLTS. He was one of the "Four Kings" |

Kuroudou Akabane Kuroudou "Dr. Jackal" Akabane works as a "Transporter", a person paid to escort things to a certain location. With his formal attire, consisting of a dress shirt, black tie, fedora hat and suit coat, polite manners and ever-present smile, he could be mistaken for a harmless person. Dr. Jackal is possibly the most "evil" Transporter ever to ply his trade. Entertainment, not money, is his main goal; he is mainly a hedonist and the jobs he takes are chosen exclusively for his own amusement. He likes to decapitate his enemies while engaging them in battle. His other habit is to cut up anything between him and his goal, whether man or beast. |

Himiko Kudo Himiko is a feisty girl who hates to be reminded of her age or treated like a child. She and Hevn (Heaven in the anime) have the occasional fights (usually about their bust sizes and intelligence). Though mature for her age, Himiko's abilities usually mean that she often needs assistance during the more dangerous jobs. |

Kyoji Kagami A resident of Babylon City (the topmost tower of the Infinity Fortress), Kagami came down to the lower town to "observe" the retrievers of "IL" by first joining MakubeX's side and then later by going his own way towards the climax of the IL arc as the main characters come to finally confront and persuade MakubeX not to use the IL |

Masaki Kurusu He is the last member of those who were known as the Four Kings during the era of VOLTS. His techniques allow him to control light, bypassing any physical defense and inflicting internal damage, thus earning him the title "the Controller of Light / Flash Master" |

Haruki Emish He was originally a member of VOLTS. He worked closely with the original Four Kings that served directly under Amano Ginji himself. Emishi was considered to have such impressive abilities that anytime a fighter wished to challenge one of the Four Kings, they would first have to fight Emishi. |

Not sure what that is. If any of the adm. know how. Go a head. I still feel something is not right or need to be fix. I change the image on the top Ginji and Ban. I picture doesn't look clear.
You could try using some AP elements or simply a table to organize them.
Nice bios... I guess I'll just ask Jak to edit some of the contents.
ok let start with Bio. I can do some icon for each character. It going to take me a while. I have a paper and web design class I need to work on. For sure. I try to get it done by this weekend. If you can, just send me some image of each character or you or any adm. can do it. About the layout of the bio. I have few idea how it should look like.

about the screenshot. it gonna take me a while. I did start the bio. Any of the adm. want to change it. I don't mind.
We can go with the screenshots and some bio but one at a time only. We can have a character spotlight for a given time.
I was wounder should we start post some manga here or screenshot or bio. on the character on GB?
I think he'll die like a normal human... at least that's what I think.
